Extend search in ETIP

If I search by name in ETIP, I have to enter the exact full name.
However, when I am researching a tracker, I might see only part of the name, and maybe I only have a string that may be part of a domain name, or part of a class name.

I'd suggest to

1. make search "contains" instead of "equals".
2. include other clear fields such as network and class names
3. add a checkbox to also search in fields like the description. Optional, because it might clutter search results, as descriptions may contain unrelated urls or comment.
