According to research published by gizmodo https://gizmodo.com/tiktok-ban-joe-biden-28000-apps-sdk-data-china-1850174019, TikTok SDK is present in more than 28000 aps.
I think it corresponds to this tracker you named Pangle ->https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/en/trackers/363/

Would it possible to rename this tracker?
that will attract more attention from the users of the concerned apps

I think a good first step would be to update the tracker's description here to add more details and context.

That would be a good place to explain the link with TikTok.
