It seems that a certain languages are not available when enabled the language selector with ExOpts.
I even tested the ExOpts on my Traditional Chinese Underground and the "Traditional Chinese" option is not available.
FYI the following languages are supported in Underground and should been displayed in the selector:
Chinese (Traditional) Dutch English French German Italian Japanese Korean Spanish Swedish
