Describe the bug
/reset posts "User joins"in chat when used by a moderator

Expected behavior
/reset shouldn't post the join message to other players

To Reproduce
Had bug in #134
Typed /reset
Others in the server saw my join message again.

FYI: you can use the /version command to output the current version of the controller.
