[Improvement] Cobra Disabling in Recovery Mode

I had a lot of problems trying to use features that require cobra as it always disables itself when going into recovery mode which is kinda annoying so now that we have usb access at stage 1 it would be better to remove this feature and the user can create a flag in USB device to disable it if necessary.

Edit:

The ideia is, when cobra is disabled by entering to recovery mode, it automatically swaps the xmb_plugin.sprx to a modded one and swaps a XML that remove all Cobra related features of CFW Tools with an option to Enable it back.
