Describe the problem:
Since updating to v1.0.216 on MacOS, the sidebar remains a grey colour regardless of what colour scheme is being used. It means the text and tabs used are hard to read.

To Reproduce:
No specific steps, this appears to have happened after installing the latest version. I have added a screenshot to show the issue.
