Tabby insterts [A on arrow up, [B on arrow down, [C on arrow right and [D on arrow left in shells with Administrator privileges.

Describe the problem:
Platform: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.5247
Apllication version: 1.0.216

The issue is pretty much as it says in the title - when using any shell with administrator privileges, the app randomly inserts [A, [B, [C, [D characters on when pressing arrow buttons to navigate the prompt. The issue is not present when using non-privileged shells.

To Reproduce:
Open an Administrator-privileged shell and start pressing or press and hold any arrow button.
