Create commands to regenerate files

Due to one reason or other, it is possible that someone might have made modifications in files created by easyengine and now they want to revert it to original state.

There should be command regenerate-config or regenerate-files which regenerates files.

i.e. ee site regenerate-config will regenerate docker-compose, nginx and php configurations from db.
ee auth regenerate-config should regenerate all auth related files.
ee cron regenrate-config should regenerate all cron related files.
