ee auth not working on MU subdom site #55

issue

ee auth puts http auth on Main site but it is not working on subdom sites.

Replication steps

ee site create example.com --type=wp --public-dir=current --mu=subdom --debug
# create a new subdom site a.example.com
ee auth create  example.com --user=user --pass=password
# Auth will be there for example.com only
