Vision: Search results contain STAC compliant items that contain attributes for CMIP6/CMIP7 data. Appropriate assets are linked for retrieving the data.

Acceptance criteria: Data users can search STAC items on a globally synced index by collection, with finer-tuned filtering using item attributes. Once a user has search results, they can download the retrieved datasets/files based on location.

Josh's Suggestion for breaking into stories

I think this should be broken into stories related to CMIP6 and CMIP7 separately. CMIP6 is largely about backloading existing data into indices. CMIP7 I think can be covered by most of the other stories around ESGF-NG.
