URL for STAC Transaction/Ingest API endpoint?

When deploying the Playground on ones laptop (which works great with docker compose) where does it host the STAC Transaction API? http://localhost:/ but what port? And presumably no authentication?
Should be mentioned in the README, this way folks can use a local esg-publisher that has been updated to push STAC Transactions.

@sturoscy-personal helped point me to the urls, didn't occur to me to check the docker-compose.yaml so will test those.
