2 errors - adding new participants and missing comma

I added 2 participants to an existing interaction which had short label 
"unknown" - or something similar.  This seemed OK so I pressed the "refresh 
short label" button and this worked OK - giving short label "commd10-gsk3b-1" - 
but I could not add more participants - they vanished..

Interaction page:- - where it says "Experiment" we now have Participant 
detection as "plaautoradiography" - the comma has gone between Interaction 
Detection and Participant -  it is there for all interactions I think.
