'order' doesn't show for variable condition in interaction

See expt EBI-10767081:
When adding the values to the interactions the 'order' for the numerical value doesn't show, e.g. I specified '-3' at the experiment level as values are in mM.

In the same expt the value for 0.1 is duplicated at the experiment level and cannot be deleted in the Editor.
