Something has changed and the MPAS-Analysis job isnt creating good mpas_analysis run scripts.

Could you post the error message and the environment? Could it be the recent xarray update?

Im pretty sure (havent spent any significant time debugging yet), that this is an internal processflow issue and doesnt have anything to do with mpas-analysis itself, or xarray.
