Macro and Superkey names do not follow my keyboard when switching between computers. The configuration lives on the Neuron, and it is expected that those settings will transfer into Bazecor when connecting to a Dygma product. The names do not follow at all.

Windows 10 and Windows 11, Bazecor 1.4.4. firmware v1.2.7, Dygma Defy

Hey there @pbwarmu017 !

The names for the device, layers, macros, and superkeys are not stored in the keyboard, they are locally stored in your computer, we will add a user account so you can not only store the backups on the cloud but also share your current configuration and names through multiple computers.

This feature is already on the roadmap, but first we have to launch Raise 2!

Hi @pbwarmu017

A temporary solution is to have your backups synced using Drive or similar. When you restore a backup on the new computer the names are restored too 😊

I hope that helps
