Hi @minhnh94

My apologies for the late reply. We had a misunderstanding on the team as to who was monitoring these messages 🤦

By 1.7.0 do you mean perhaps 1.2.7?

Also, is this on Bluetooth or RF?

Finally, you should not need to reflash the firmware. Turning that side on and off should fix it.

Could you try that?

Hi @MiquelDygma, sorry for theate reply as well 😅
Apologies, I mean 1.2.7 beta (basically the latest one as of today)
It's a Wired + Underglow Defy (no bluetooth function)!
I don't know how to "turn one side on and off". Could you explain a bit further?
Fwiw, right after flashing the latest firmware, underglow was still working. It only stopped working after I pulled and plugged the keyboard to the PC once again.
This wasn't an issue on 1.1.0.
Looking forward to your answer!

Hi @minhnh94

Sorry for the late reply; I was out on holiday last week.

There are two solutions while we fix this bug:

  1. Unplug and replug that side from the neuron (you can do so on the end of the cable closer to the keyboard)
  2. Press the LED Toggle key (you'd need to assign it on Bazecor).

Let me know if that works!
