Ribbon: Alignment and height

Alignment:

RibbonButton (large button) should be aligned to the top. RibbonButtonGroup (small buttons - up to three) should be aligned centre.

Height:

Equivalent to a large icon and two lines of text - NB, another ticket will involve adding FontObj support for the Ribbon, so this will become dynamic.

The small buttons aren't properly centred (amongst other issues), but it hopefully gives an idea.
