There is no such url: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64.v287/bedGraphToBigWig

The image still builds but bedGraphToBigWig contains html:

The requested URL /admin/exe/linux.x86_64.v287/bedGraphToBigWig was not found on this server
...
