Question: Does this plugin work with IIS?

I was wondering if this plugin works with IIS? I'm doing my local dev on a mac and can get the forms to work just fine, but when I push to my prod IIS environment, it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks for the plugin.
