Describe the proposed change(s)
As noted in #1356, 'laryngeal tuberculosis' (DOID:0050598) needs to be added as a descendant of tuberculosis. There may be additional tuberculosis diseases that are not currently classified under the tuberculosis ancestor and should be.

It also seems tuberculosis is widely split into two major categories: pulmonary tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Both exist in DO but there are a number of tuberculosis diseases that should be classified as descendants of extrapulmonary tuberculsosis and are not including 'cardiac tuberculosis' and 'ocular tuberculosis'.

The classification of 'tuberculous encephalopathy' and its definition should probably also be reviewed.
