Add an ophyd/bluesky tutorial?

It would be useful for Python courses run at DLS to have a realistic Ophyd/Bluesky tutorial to try. There are already a number of useful tutorials:

• A non-interactive tutorial at https://nsls-ii.github.io/bluesky/tutorial.html
• An interactive tutorial at https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/bluesky/tutorials/main (but it's a bit messy)

arguably we have bluesky-cookbook, but it's not DLS specific.

should we link to it in dodal too?

Does this assume just writing plans into blueapi? or the ipython console use? if the users have differing patterns we'd like to support we might provide realistic tutorials for each
