As a developer I would like to have some system tests where we check out a scratch area, modify it, and poke blueapi for the correct behaviour.

Acceptance Criteria

  • System tests test the following cases
    • A custom plan is added via the scratch area and appears on /plans
    • A custom devices is added via the scratch area and appears on /devices
    • Broken code is added and the environment fails to reload
    • Any other cases that may be useful...
