When you create a new configuration by default configuration load mode is set to Window.

• Window: Extension waits for the whole page to load.
• Document: Extension starts once the dom structure is loaded (This is faster than Window). If the site is developed using some latest framework like React, Angular etc. and they don't use server-side rendering. Dom structure for site is developed in browser and only minimal DOM is loaded as part of initialization. In this case, an extension may not find the required element as it might not have been added to the DOM tree yet.

Also while auto recording it calculated the time taken for events (click, fill) records and add same in configuration. You can go to configuration page and manually remove the action > init wait from its action. if you don't see the init wait column enable same from column filter
