Enable tagging and filtering of content

Sometimes the visitor of the roadmap may be a software Engineer not a DevOps engineer, so some of the content may be irrelevant to him.
Enabling tagging of the content with labels and filters by them will make the content more organized and helpful.

I will work on a PR to resolve this requirement.
