A user had an issue submitting a resource via the Chrome Extension. He says when submitting a resource the Chrome extension gave the loading symbol and then no error response. When trying to duplicate this, I couldn't find the issue. Heroku and New Relic showed no error on the APIs side.

This is the first time that this has been reported, so I wanted to open an issue and track if anyone else experiences similar symptoms in the future. The original thread: [Error].(DesignOpen/designopen.github.io#237)
