Goal of memo is to write down considerations, risks, possible alternatives for implementation.

This should include questions on architecture (@deltamarnix will provide these) and option for linking to an external implementation of package (BMI, not in place yet). Also considerations of BMI coupling modflow-Ribasim need to be taken into account.
