Simplex of NaNs for a valid collision #49

Describe the bug
The simplex consists of nans when a collision occurs.

The penetration vector computed by EPA is nonetheless correct, [-0.12, -0.06], and the algorithm returns True for a collision boolean (although that itself is a bug).

my mistake, after taking another look, the nan simplex was after the collision was resolved. the original simplex does not contain nans on that test.
