Update 2.0.0 changelog to include a note about removed blocks

Describe the bug

Hey hi! The 2.0.0 update implicitly removes blocks for auroras decorations and soul ice (until/unless they're readded on those mod sides) - it would be good if that was documented in the changelog so that nobody gets trapped in purple square hell when upgrading a world by mistake.

I'm thinking about making a PR to aurora-deco that adds back the blocks through the new API, and the soul ice dev is already notified about this
