Trying to install scarlet says this error, and disconnecting and reconnecting my phone doesnt solve it at all and it looks like there is no other alternative of installing scarlet since direct install gives me "unable to verify integrity".. so now i don't know if i can even sideload scarlet onto my phone (I have the iPhone SE 2022 FYI)

you need to reconnect and click connect at the same time you open scarlet
