F-Droid version is now 1.13, but I can't get it to work; every search just silently fails with no indication that it even tried.

Nevermind I just needed to put in an API key for MapZen. You should really have a popup that warns you about that.

I guess this can be closed as F-Droid already has 1.13. Still, with Mapzen having shut down, it probably no longer works.

Ah, I see. And the F-Droid link from the README here gives a 404.
