'Flame' Enchantment On Bows Not Working In Dungeons

Description

Hi there! When playing through my dungeons I have noticed that the 'Flame' enchantment on a bow doesn't work when in dungeons, and instead shoots a normal (fireless) arrow.

Reproduce

1. Enchant a bow with the 'Flame' enchant
2. Go into a dungeon and fire it after clicking [Ready]

Expected behavior

The flame enchantment to work and the arrow to fire with a flame effect.
