What is the desired behavior?

Describe what the expected/desired behavior of a feature/action.

Messages when comment submitted are translated

What is the actual behavior?

What is actually happening?

Message appears in english, even though language selected is different

Steps to reproduce undesired behavior:

Detail how to reproduce the bug.

Install the plugin
Change site language to another language (other than english)
Post a comment
Observe message (message appears in english)
