Feature Request: Have a Quick Enable Option in the Theme Customizer

Sometimes we're just clicking around in the admin settings. It'd be nice to have a quick enable on the theme customizer screen.

This way the user doesn't have to go back to the home screen to enable social networks.

Describe any solutions you've considered

A popover button perhaps next to the reordering and preview options.

How important is this feature to you?

A very very nice to have.
