Can't Hear Other Person During Call

Can't hear other person during a phone call. I was able to re-create issue by calling someone (Tested with a 1-800 number) turning screen off via proximity sensor, and double tapping the screen when it's off as soon as it connects. Wiped prior to installing 12-23 rom and PA GAPPS. Didn't log on to any Google account and didn't install any apps. Log below
