Scenario:
Currently if configuration is wrong or sections are missing SpecDrill crashess with null reference exception.l

Actual Result:
SpecDrill is not tolerant nor issuing proper error messages.

Expected Result:
SpecDrill tolerates where possible and issues warnings or proper error messages otherwise.
