I figured out that Helmets in the Spacer Arsenal Mod always render on the chest. I tested it with ONLY the Spacer Arsenal mod and CE with prepare carefully to test and the issue only occurs if CE is enabled. I guess it has to do with the new slots CE is adding to the body?
