ITP Expenses for Learners

Background
We see many people do not come to ITP class on the first module because of the cost. We want to offer to cover these expenses for 5 weeks

• Welcome week
• Onboarding module (3 weeks)
• 1 extra grace week

Acceptance criteria

• Online ITP will only be available for regions that have no F2F
• Transportation, internet and childcare costs will be covered for 5 weeks
• After 5 weeks, if the learner has not become a trainee, they will no longer have expenses covered
• This must be updated on the Learner Agreement
• Must create a learner expense policy OR update current trainee policy
