Sheffield ITD - Setting it up for ITP success

Background
We would like to have around 90 people doing Sheffield ITP (Introduction to Programming) in May
We currently have 17 people signed up (3 live quite far away from Sheffield)
We have ITD (Introduction to Digital) in April. Last ITD we had a conversion of 15%.

Acceptance criteria

• What is the ceiling of Sheffield potential
• Outreach strategy for Sheffield
• Conversation during ITD
  - Review the Trainee engagement plan for Sheffield (extra points of contact needed?)
  - Send people to BOS (Basic Online Skills course) - when applicable
• Volunteer meeting to set the tone BEFORE ITP starts (already booked this in)
