Agreement with Cities for trees for use of boardrooms

Cities for Trees have agreed we can use their boardrooms on Saturday.

• First: can fit 8-10 people.
• Second: can fit 4 people
• Third, and biggest, can fit 20 people.

We need a written agreement with the terms of use. I believe we had something similar with other partners (Cititec?)

Things to include:

• we will only use the boardrooms
• we will not use their kitchen
• we will leave it clean and organised as we found it
• we can use the tvs

To ask: can we use the internet connection if ours does not work?

• 19/02 – @lilianabermudes sent an email to Trees for Cities introducing @ElenaBarker .
• 21/02 – @ElenaBarker followed up, requesting the signing of the Terms of Use.
• Annabel from Trees for Cities is not working on Thursdays and is out of office on Friday, 21/02.
• If there’s no response, @ElenaBarker will follow up again on Monday, 24/02.
