As a production member,
I want to order tickets that contain only existing samples to have the status "open",
So that when the lab filters for orders to process into LIMS, using the logic in this PR, they would not need to process the ticket in Freshdesk as they do not have to open the project in LIMS.

Work impact

Answer the following questions:

  • Is there currently a workaround for this issue? If so, what is it?
    • Today one can make some assumptions by the subject name of a ticket (might start or contain "bef" for befintlig) but otherwise we have to open all orders.
  • How much time would be saved by implementing this feature every week?
    • Not more than 1-2 hours a week
  • How many users are affected by this issue?
    • All production members that either process order tickets
  • Are customers affected by this issue?
    • No

  • Order tickets containing ONLY existing samples should have the status "open"
