Hide Apptag version in all delivery reports

Describe the bug

In the delivery reports the orderad application tag is listed, including version. Since this versioning is only used for internally this is information that is not needed to the display to the customer.
We would like the reference to the versioing to be removed.

We belive that the versioning number (1,2,3 osv) is fetched from StatusDB Application version, column "Version".
