Describe your suggested improvement
Document the process for how suggestions are submitted, moderated, and approved so that the process is transparent both for contributors and for moderators.

This will be done as a .md file, which also (might) be displayed on the website as well.

Describe the benefit
Clear communication.

Would you be capable/willing to implement the improvement?
