Describe your suggested improvement
Adding UI elements in the resource page to allow for sorting of resources in different ways (chronological, alphabetical, or (blocked by #96) sort by popularity.

Describe the benefit
Gives more flexibility to the user on how they want to browse content.

Would you be capable/willing to implement the improvement?
No.

Additional comments
Initial suggestion by @JarrodBaniqued

It was discussed (#75 (comment)) that having this functionality is not a priority given:

  • Other issues in the codebase are more pressing.
  • The relative technical complexity of the feature (time spent, benefit ratio)
  • Other solutions (e.g. streamlined data export of resource data)

Just making an issue to better track any further discussion.
