Integrate with Everbridge web service api

We are currently using a mysql table to hold the emergency contact information for Everbridge.
We ultimately want to bring that data into fields in ActiveDirectory. We've identified some attribute names we can use.

We may not even need to store the emergency contact information. We should integrate with Everbridge using their web service API. That way we can always display the latest information from Everbridge, as well as have the user edit the information directly.
