Redstone controller is not working. #74

Whenever I place down a Redstone controller block, link it up to the screen, and try to open it to get to the screen where I can input wich links i want, nothing happens. Does Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you. (I have attached a video of me trying to open the redstone controller.)
