cant delete the folder in mods folder and doesnt allow me to delete modpack

im trying to delete a copy of a modpack and its givig me error Files are locked, cannot delete.
The only folder in mcef-libraries folder is windows_amd64 which has libcef.dll file which is the only one i cant delete

please ask if i need somthing to send
