It seems on a brand new fresh install of Windows 10 Pro, with nothing else installed except drivers and updates, WinUtil cannot install anything.
Steps to reproduce
Run PowerShell as Admin
launch WinUtil from command line per documentation.
Select any app, but I'll use Chrome as my example.
Click Install/Upgrade Selected.
Background command window reads WInGet is not installed and it tries multiple ways to install and all fail.
I used the Reinstall WinGet Tweak, relaunched and repeated 1-4. The window will open saying its installing Chrome but it will fail because the checksum is invalid.
Expected behavior
I expected it would work like every other time I have used it on a fresh install, WinGet would just install, I would relaunch and I could install apps.
