<p>Due to a change in data source, we will be making the following changes to the <a href="https://data.cityofchicago.org/d/ndbz-vy4e">Roadway Construction Moratoriums</a> dataset on Friday, 11/13/2015:</p><ul><li>Adding a START DATE column</li>
<li>Each record will represent an entire moratorium stretch of street. In the current structure, each block is a separate record.</li>
<li>Removing the WARD_ODD and WARD_EVEN columns.</li></ul>
