SeeClickFix allows anyone to report and track non-emergency issues anywhere in the world via the internet, calling or texting. Recently, Mayor Emanuel worked announced a recent innovative partnership with SeeClickFix that allows the City of Chicago’s 311 service center to improve the public’s ability to submit and track 311 service requests. The app works to empower citizens, communities and organziations to work hand in hand with the City to take care of and improve the quality of life for Chicagoans.
