Chicago’s new Open311 system allows allows residents to submit photos with service requests, allowing for more accurate and detailed reporting of issues to City departments. The new 311 Service Tracker lets you track service requests from the time they are submitted, and receive an email when the issue is resolved. To use the new tool, visit http://cityofchicago.org/311.
